Yes. All Lune d’Or orders are shipped discreetly in unbranded packaging with no reference to lingerie or product details on the exterior. Your privacy is always respected.
All orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California.
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods or special events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Yes. We offer complimentary standard shipping on U.S. orders over $200 before taxes and after discounts. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order qualifies.
Bras, bralettes, robes, corsets, and sleepwear may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, unperformed, and with all original tags and liners attached. Items that touch intimate areas are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
Panties, thongs, G-strings, bodysuits, teddies, hosiery, gift cards, custom or personalized items, and any item marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Email info@lunedorlingerie.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization number and instructions.
Yes. We offer complimentary exchanges for eligible items for size or color only. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Email info@lunedorlingerie.com with photos and your order number, and our team will make it right.
