Shipping

Do you offer complimentary shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is complimentary on all U.S. orders and applied automatically at checkout.

How soon does my order ship?
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. You will receive tracking by email once your order is on its way; please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to select international destinations. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Is packaging discreet?
Always. Every order is packed discreetly and with care.

Returns & exchanges

What is your return window?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and liners attached.

Which items cannot be returned?
For health and hygiene reasons, anything worn against intimate areas is final sale — including panties, thongs, G-strings, bodysuits, teddies, and hosiery. Bras, bralettes, robes, corsets, and sleepwear are eligible when all return conditions are met.

How do I start a return?
Email info@lunedorlingerie.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Returns sent without an RA number cannot be accepted.

When will I be refunded?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Can I exchange for another size or color?
Yes. We offer complimentary exchanges for size or color on eligible items. For the fastest service, place a new order for the piece you want while your return is processed separately.

How do I find my size?
Our size chart guides you through measuring at home. If you are between sizes or unsure, email our concierge team and we will help you choose.

Orders & pricing

Do you run discounts?
We do not discount our collection on an ongoing basis. A few times a year we host an exclusive 72-hour event; pieces purchased during an event are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Contact info@lunedorlingerie.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo, and our team will resolve it promptly.

Yes. All Lune d’Or orders are shipped discreetly in unbranded packaging with no reference to lingerie or product details on the exterior. Your privacy is always respected.

All orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods or special events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Bras, bralettes, robes, corsets, and sleepwear may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, unperformed, and with all original tags and liners attached. Items that touch intimate areas are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

Panties, thongs, G-strings, bodysuits, teddies, hosiery, gift cards, custom or personalized items, and any item marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
