Lune d’Or Lingerie — Shipping Policy

We take great care in preparing and shipping every Lune d’Or order to ensure it arrives safely, discreetly, and beautifully.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM PST may begin processing the following business day. During high-volume periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout. 

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates, duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by your local customs office.

Lune d’Or Lingerie is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout. Lune d’Or Lingerie is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. We are unable to replace or refund orders marked as delivered.
