Returns are accepted only with an approved Return Authorization. Email us first for an RA number.

Returns are easy. You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn, unwashed item with original tags and packaging.
Email info@lunedorlingerie.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number, then send the item back.
Refund is processed within 5 business days of us receiving it. Worn or washed items can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
Every Lune d'Or piece is constructed by people who know exactly what good lingerie should be.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing flaw, take a photo, email info@lunedorlingerie.com within 7 days of delivery, and we'll replace it or refund you in full. No fight. No fine print.
Checkout is secure, encrypted, and PCI-compliant. Your payment information never touches our servers — it's handled by industry-leading processors used by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. We accept all major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna installments.
Orders ship from Los Angeles within 1 business day. Standard ground shipping arrives in 3–7 business days.
Expedited and international rates are calculated at checkout. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, email info@lunedorlingerie.com and we'll track it down.
Lune d'Or releases in limited runs, so pieces do sell out. Email info@lunedorlingerie.com with the product name in the subject line and we'll add you to the wait list. We'll let you know personally when it's back, and which sizes restocked.
