Lune d'Or Lingerie — Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Lune d'Or purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help, while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and discretion.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, based on carrier tracking confirmation. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, with all original tags and liners attached, and in their original packaging.
For health and safety reasons, items that touch intimate areas cannot be returned, whether worn or not. This includes, but is not limited to, panties, thongs, G-strings, bodysuits, teddies, and hosiery.
Eligible items for return include bras, bralettes, robes, corsets, and sleepwear, provided all return conditions are met. Any item showing signs of wear, deodorant, perfume, makeup, pet hair, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Return Authorization
All returns require prior authorization. Items sent without authorization will not be accepted.
To request a Return Authorization (RA), please email info@lunedorlingerie.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, you will receive an RA number and return instructions. Returns sent without an RA number will be refused.

Exchanges
We offer complimentary exchanges for eligible items for size or color only. To ensure availability, you may place a new order for the replacement item while your return is processed separately once received and approved.
Sale & Event Purchases
Lune d'Or Lingerie does not offer ongoing discounts. Items purchased during our exclusive quarterly 72-hour site-wide events are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not available for event purchases.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email info@lunedorlingerie.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and our team will resolve it promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at info@lunedorlingerie.com.
European Union Customers
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receipt, except for items that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. All EU returns must follow the Return Authorization process outlined above.
Try-On Guidelines
For eligible items, please try on garments over your own underwear and avoid deodorant, perfume, or makeup transfer to keep the item eligible for return.
Final Sale Items
Gift cards, custom or personalized items, and any product marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
