Your first piece

Your first piece

Lingerie isn't
a gift.
It's a feeling.

Most luxury lingerie is photographed for the person looking at it. We design for the person wearing it. This is where to start.

Myths of lingerie

Four things we hear all the time.

The most common reasons women tell us they've never owned a piece, and the answers we've been giving for a long time.

1

"I don't have the body for it."

Lingerie isn't a reward for a body. It's something that fits the body you have. We size from S to XL with a Curvy Fit collection through 3XL, and every piece is photographed on more than one frame.

2

"I don't have someone to wear it for."

You don't need one. The first piece you own should be for a Tuesday morning under your jeans, not a Saturday night for someone else. The audience is optional.

3

"It's never really been my thing."

Most of us were sold a version of lingerie that felt like a costume. This isn't that. Soft lace under a sweater. A satin chemise instead of an old t-shirt. Small upgrades to the version of yourself nobody else sees.

4

"It won't fit right on my body."

Lingerie sizing is genuinely confusing. Every brand runs different. Ours stays true to your usual band size in most cases, every set has adjustable hardware, and if it's off, returns are complimentary for 30 days. Tell us your usual size from another brand and we'll tell you what to pick here.

A note on color

You were taught the answer is black.
It isn't.

Most lingerie brands trained you to believe luxury means black, and then maybe red for special occasions. We carry blush, ivory, navy, burgundy, leopard, and yes, black. Color is part of the feeling. Pick the one that matches the mood, not the rulebook.

Fabric, in plain english

Four things to know.

You don't need to memorize a chart. Just know what each one feels like before you pick.

Lace

The timeless one. Feels feminine, reads dressed. Works under almost everything you already own.

Mesh

Barely there. Lighter, softer, more body. The closest thing to wearing nothing while still wearing something.

Satin

Slips on like a daydream. Best for chemises, slips, and the kind of nightwear that's actually beautiful.

Stretch microfiber

Second-skin. For under everything, every day. The one you'll reach for without thinking.

Sizing

No measuring tape required.

Lingerie sizing varies wildly between brands. Ours runs true to your usual band size in most cases.

Hate measuring? Tell us your usual size from another brand. We'll tell you what to pick here.

Care, briefly

Hand wash cold. Lay flat. Skip the dryer.
Lace lives longer than you think when you treat it kindly.
